Berrilicious chia pudding made with: Soaked Chia seeds, 2tblsp hung yoghart (Greek youghart) and half cup coconut milk. sweetened with stevia. And that 99% dark chocolate goodness on top.🍫🍓 Mix berry smoothie: Coconut milk (caned) half cup. 2tblsp Hung youghart Stevia sweetner Mix berries 1tblsp One cup water (chilled). Blend untill mixed 🍸

Raw Milk bring it to boil and lower the heat and let it Simmer . add half teaspoon salt (optional) 1whole lemon/2tblspoon vineger . *Flex seeds/kalongi/oregano. Or nothing for plain. Let it Simmer and keep stiring u will see clumps forming. Turn off heat Let it cool Strain in a cloth Hang it 🚫Don't over sqeeze it. Store it in the box. Have it with salads,sandwiches,stakes, eggs etc. Take inch cube for dinner. It slowly releases over night in your digestive system while u are sleeping keeping the metabolism working during the whole night. 100grm had 103 calories 👉 For low fat (cholesterol  issues): use skim milk (malai), day after boiling. Then repeat the process.
