Singaporean Rice πŸ›

The Low-Carb Singaporean rice is layered in the following order:

  1. Cauli Rice
  2. Zoodles
  3.  Red chicken sauce
  4. Stir fry Vegetables
  5. Garlic Sauce
  6. Tarka




Cauli Rice  Red chicken sauce
Method:
Chopperize cauliflower roughly (kaddu kash) not in to a paste.

In a pan add Ghee/butter.

Sautee Chopped onion & garlic.
Salt
Pepper
Chilli flakes

Mix on high flame.
Add lemon juice(optional) and mix well.
Lower the heat and put a lid for 15min.
Serve with homecooked gravys.
Method:
Onion chopped sautΓ©ed in butter with garlic paste.
1 Tbsp salt
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
 Salt
Pepper
Stevia (Sweetener)
4 diced organic tomatoes.
2tblsp Tomato puree paste.
Salt
Chilli flakes.

Add: cooked chicken


Prepare your Zoodles using Zucchini.
Prepare Stir fry Mix Vegetables with salt pepper and chilli flakes in a pan.

Garlic sauceTarka
Method:
Blend  the following:
2 garlics, 
2tblsp greek/hung youghart,
1tblsp mayonnaise,
2tsp chilli sauce,
Salt,
Pepper,
Chilli flakes,
A pinch of stevia.
Method:
In a frying pan:
1 teaspoon Ghee,
sliced garlic,
curry leave,
red chillies.

Layer all in the order given above and serve. It was ahmazing an very filling... This is eat your vegetables to the next level all veges good fat and protein.
