Low carb cookie in 40-60sec

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter. 1 tablsp erythtitol or Stevia. Half teaspoon cream. Vanilla 1/4 tsp. 1/8 tsp baking powder. 2 tablespoons almond flour and Half tsp coconut flour. Salt sprinkle. 1tsp Coco powder (optional) 80% dark chocolate chopped. (optional) Instructions: Mix all together and make it into a ball and spread it out in a shape of a cookie on a microwaveable plate. Set the timer to 60 seconds and stop the microwave for 10 secs In between after every 15 secs passed. Till 60 sec is commplete.... This is to equally divide the heat for cooking the cookie from all sides and not only from edges. Take is out let it cool. And oh yummmm enjoy.. ☕
